campaign Know yourself is initiated by CPAP - Center for Action Psychology and Psychotherapy. It is a campaign addressed to people who feel the need to have an image of what exists in them at this moment of their existence. It is addressed to all family members, both children and parents. Why is it important to have this image about you, your son or daughter or your spouse? Obviously the goal can only be one - to understand, to understand and to understand them.
The fact that people are different is an indisputable fact, the fact that it is difficult to accept what is different is obvious. However, no member of a family is our image.
Can I accept that my son spends 8 hours on the computer. I know it's not good, I know it's not recommended but I don't know what to do. The first step would be to know what is happening in his soul. Understand the inner springs that make him do so. Or the agreement is good to be sustained with the participation of a professional. The campaign aims primarily at understanding and self-knowledge.
For the child or adolescent there is another dimension of knowledge - he will be a future adult who will have a professional, family life, etc. Will he be able to make choices that are in line with his psychological structure? If a profession is not in compliance with it, then it will be difficult to practice it and if it does, it will be condemned to a nuisance for years. A student with school problems, who does not have intelligence problems, may try to say something to his parents. Something he can't say otherwise. Even if asked directly, he will not be able to answer or ... he can, but his parents cannot understand him.
I invite you to join this campaign because you are directly interested in what is happening in your family. CPAP Campaign - Center for Action Psychology and Psychotherapy - Know yourself is supported by a psychologist Anca Munteanu and a psychologist Cristina Calarasanu. On the psychologist Anca Munteanu you can find on, writing about different topics of the child, of the parents, of the daily life.
