Chocolate candies

Chocolate candies are adored by both the big and the small.

Preparation time

30 minutes + 4 hours (drying)




200 g household chocolate

2 eggs

100 g old cough

300 g ground almonds

5 g cinnamon

5 g vanilla extract

50 g flour

50 g powdered sugar / cocoa / minced pistachio (garnish)

Method of preparation

Mix the eggs with the sugar, until you get a foamy composition. Shave chocolate and add it over this composition. Mix everything very well.

Add, in turn, cinnamon, vanilla, flour and almonds. Put the obtained paste in a plastic foil and put it in the cold, at least an hour.

It forms candies the size of a walnut from the prepared composition. Give them powdered sugar, cocoa or pistachios, then put the candies to dry on a tray lined with baking paper, about 4 hours. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, then leave the candies to cool.


Keep the candy cold in the refrigerator.
