No sophisticated food can match the taste of a serving of chickpea, served with hot mamaliguta. Here is our recipe for this simple but very tasty preparation.
1 kg chicken breast
100 g butter
200 g cream
300 ml milk
100 g flour
1 parsley bond
Method of preparation
Cut the chicken into small pieces, then fry them in hot butter.
Remove the chicken pieces and place them in a bowl, warm, then in the remaining butter heat the flour. When it gets a golden color, it goes out with hot milk and adds salt, pepper and cream.
Leave the sauce on the stove, over low heat, for about 15 minutes, then add the chunks.
The chives keep on fire for another 10 minutes and then sprinkle the chopped green on top.
Serve the chicken breast with hot mamaliguta.
You can replace the chicken breast with boiled and boneless chicken breasts.
